I attended the 2010 SA-E track where i acquired the necessary  unix skills for
installing network tools. I am currently working on a project involving an
institution which has hundred and fifty branches nation wide. Here, i am monitoring
bandwidth Utilization, bandwidth and resource characterization and latency using
such tools as cacti,ntop,mrtg and smokeping.


How you expect to use the knowledge you gain at the workshop after you return to

To help other institutions with the requisite expertise gained to solve problems on
their network. I will also involve myself fully in the activities of the local
chapter of ISOC to help and share knowledge with my colleagues.
